Michelle is a teacher who clearly cares for her students and enjoys explaining the significance of the mind body connection. As we rolled into a global pandemic and repeated lockdowns, as life became more challenging, I was lucky enough to benefit from Michelle’s wisdom and expertise as a coach. Her patient and calm manner has been invaluable to helping me recognise the full extent of my own cognitive biases and negative self talk.
