Michelle is a teacher who clearly cares for her students and enjoys explaining the significance of the mind body connection. As we rolled into a global pandemic and repeated lockdowns, as life became more challenging, I was lucky enough to benefit from Michelle’s wisdom and expertise as a coach. Her patient and calm manner has been invaluable to helping me recognise the full extent of my own cognitive biases and negative self talk. Michelle’s exceptional coaching has enabled me to recognise when over-thinking patterns emerge and how best to neutralise them. Undoubtedly, one has wobbles along the way but it helps to have someone who is incredibly approachable and caring to turn to for good counsel and support. I would recommend, Michelle, for her yoga, meditation and coaching expertise. Her approach is both supportive and holistic and has been invaluable to me.

Michelle is simply one of life’s golden people; those who you meet rarely but when you do your life is made all the better for having them in it. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, incredibly intuitive (there is no hiding from her laser like vision!) and so very supportive. She has a wealth of information at her fingertips and will tailor this programme for each individual. I recently came across this quote by Terence McKenna who said “Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is how the magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.” My suggestion….? Join up and invest; the feather bed is awesome!


Michelle is truly an amazing PSYCH-K facilitator. She had a wonderful ability to put me at ease, especially since I was working on a difficult psychological resistance. She was also very dedicated in seeing that I gained full benefit and results from the session and I was very grateful that she took the trouble to follow up and act as an accountability partner to make sure I actually took the necessary steps to change my patterns! I’ve just completed the beginners course with Michelle and can really recommend it to any one who, like me, may be worried about not even being able to do the most basic of moves! The classes were relaxed, informative, and really eased me into the world of Yoga without feeling to much pressure to keep up. Michelle was able to tailor the class to the specific needs to people in the group and was very patient and sensitive to the varying levels. Highly recommended!
