These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Heartcentred Wellbeing on the site and in our studio.
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.


These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the services provided by Heartcentred Wellbeing on the site and in our studio.
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.


Our class prices and workshops are clearly shown under the Classes tab subheading prices on this site.

We do not accept drop ins at our studio and all classes must be prepaid and booked on this site or via the WellnessLiving App.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payments through our online booking system

For multiple class passes purchased any class bookings made will be deducted from your pass.

We will do our best to get you into your chosen class however classes are always subject to availability.

We reserve the right to change the prices on our site however any booking made prior to change in price will remain unchanged.

All class passes are non transferable and can only be used by the registered member. They cannot be transferred, deferred or refunded. Class passes cannot be used towards any workshops or courses. These must be booked and paid for separately via this site.

Any classes individual class or multiple class passes will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over to another period.

Waiting list

When your chosen class is showing on this site as full you have the option to join the waiting list. Once you have confirmed that you wish to be added to the waiting list, should a space become available you will be contacted either via phone or email to advise that you have been added to the class. Please ensure you check your messages as once added to the class you will be charged for the class and are subject to the terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All clients agree to our 8 hour notice policy when cancelling, re-scheduling or no shows. If you are booked into a class and miss it or cancel it with less than 8 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the class and no refund will be due.

If you have purchased a multiple class pass and cancel with less than 8 hours notice, the class will be removed from your pass and you will not be entitled to a refund for that class.

For course and workshops we operate a 14 day cancellation policy to enable us to offer the space to another member. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start or workshop date will not be refunded. Cancellation made 14 days in advance of the start date or before will receive a full refund minus 10% processing fee.

Schedule Changes

From time to time our class schedule may change or there may be changes in the teachers who instruct the classes therefore we reserve the right to cancel a class and make schedule changes at short notice. If an issue arises and a class must be cancelled, you will be notified as promptly as possible and you will be offered a choice of transferring to an alternative class, a refund or re-crediting your class pass.

On occasion there may be a need to reduce the class schedule, reflected by attendance at the studio (such as bank holidays, school holidays, etc) and availability of instructors. Every effort will be made to offer an alternative but if you have questions about your classes or your account please get in touch via info@heartcentredwellbeing.co.uk

Arrival and Lateness Policy

Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class to allow you time to get settled before the class starts. Due to the nature of our classes and as there is no reception or waiting area at the studio, to avoid any disruption to other classes we ask that you do not arrive more than 10 minutes early as another class may be taking place.

Heartcentered Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse entry if you arrive after the start of the class. This is for your own safety, to help prevent injury as well as to be considerate of the teacher and other clients who are already participating in the class.

If you turn up late for a class and are not admitted, the cancellation policy will be applied and it will be classed as a no show.

Personal Belongings

All personal belongings brought into the Heartcentred Wellbeing studio are at the clients own risk, the company does not accept any liability for loss or damages to such items.

Heartcentred Wellbeing accepts no responsibility for any property left on the premises. All items found will be put into lost property and will be disposed of after 14 days. If you think you have left something behind, please give us a call straight away so we can have a look and put aside for you to pick up if found.

Fitness & Health

Should you have any concerns regarding your health or any physical conditions, we strongly advise you seek medical advice prior to taking part in any of our classes/course/workshops.
All services purchased from Heartcentred Wellbeing must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a registration form, that he/she agrees to take part at their own risk.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of the class of any injuries, disabilities or issues that may affect your ability to participate in activities.
If you are pregnant, you must advise the teacher and be aware that if you are in your first trimester you are not able to take classes at our studio. After 12 weeks, you can attend classes entirely at the individual teachers discretion. If the teacher agrees to you participating, this is at your own risk.
The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Heartcentred Wellbeing, its owners, directors, managers and all teachers working at the studio of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities. Members are required to follow the instructions of the teacher at all times.

Safety and Conduct

Our studio is a shoe free zone Any classes in the yoga studio are practised barefoot. Therefore please leave your shoes in the shoe bench at the entrance as you enter the studio.
If you have any contagious foot complaints, please make sure you are wearing socks at all times.

For safety & hygiene purposes, no glass or food is to be taken into the studio.

We ask that you wipe down your mat at the end of class, sprays and wipes will be provided.

In the event of a fire you are asked to exit the studio door and the main door leading to Shenfield Road and meet in front of the building to enable us to account for everyone in the studio.

Heartcentred Wellbeing collects information in two possible ways:

Registration forms

Heartcentred Wellbeing will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, gathered as a result of filling out the site registration form, to anyone.

We understand that you trust us with your personal information and we are committed to ensuring you can manage the privacy and security of your personal information yourself.
