One to one yoga classes for those looking to improve specific areas of their practice, improve mobility, flexibility and stiffness of the muscles. After an initial consultation we work together to build a tailor made practice for you to improve your overall wellbeing. Covering Broadstairs and surrounds.

Hatha & slow flow yoga class to help with any tightness or tension your body is holding onto. Relaxing yet progressive yoga classes incorporating breath-work (pranayama) to help you focus on the areas you wish to improve your range of motion or release with a relaxing meditation at the end to help calm your body and mind.
Workplace Wellbeing Sessions In Thanet
Corporate yoga and wellbeing sessions to reduce stress in the workplace and increase productivity for your business. Classes include pranayama (conscious breathing techniques) to calm the mind, asanas (yoga poses) to stretch the body and improve circulation and guided mediation/relaxation to focus and balance the body and mind.
