Vinyasa sequences consist of challenging the body, to move with strength and flow, moving and warming the muscles, raising the heart rate and boosting blood flow. Then we slow it down to close the practice focusing on connecting to the earth to ground and center us. We slow down and hold the poses for a little longer to ignite and loosen the fascia tissue as well as integrating the energy flow we built up in our Vinyasa practice
