I teach Hatha yoga classes to gentle music and with relaxation at the end of each class to keep your mind and body balanced. Pranayama is an additional technique that assists many people in keeping a focused and calm mind and each pose taught with incorporate this breath work to help you to stay happy, healthy and harmonious both on and off your mat.

Downward dog, Childs pose, warrior I, warrior II, gentle twists and much more can be learned on my four week course for beginners. Each week we will focus on different muscle groups to gently stretch and tone areas of your body whilst using our breath to truly focus on your practice.
At the end of each class we will take part in a relaxing meditation whilst lying down helping you to unwind and completely de-stress.
